CORTINA – In Conversation with Marian Papadatou

Unveiled during Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026, CORTINA is the latest upholstered collection designed by architect engineer Marian Papadatou . Presented at the world's leading international furniture exhibition, the collection reflects a contemporary interpretation of comfort, sculptural form and refined craftsmanship. Salone del Mobile 2026 took place from 21–26 April at Fiera Milano Rho, bringing together more than 1,900 exhibitors from around the world.

In this exclusive interview, recorded during the exhibition, Marian shares the inspiration behind CORTINA, the design philosophy that shaped the collection, and the creative process of transforming an architectural idea into a piece of furniture.
